The Australian Medical Council (AMC) has a role for a Data Scientist/Psychometrician. The position will contribute to a team of statistical analysts and psychometricians working with the AMC to support research, data strategy and testing of international medical graduates.
The Data Scientist will contribute to:
– Analysis and modelling for strategic projects, programs and decision-making.
– Improving analytics, streamlining processes, novel assessments and learning support for the assessment of international medical graduates.
– Psychometric evaluation.
– Innovation in data-driven methodologies, solutions and data strategy.
– Research, evaluation and reporting.
– Teamwork and collaboration.
– Experience and qualifications
Applicants must have at least a Masters degree in a data or statistically related field, and a minimum of three years’ experience in such areas.
