Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Medical Practitioner
- Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
- Prior Leadership experience (SRMO+)
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
Pay type: hourly/salaried etc: Salaried
Indicative rate of pay:
Lead Physician – $170,000-185,000 per annum + Super + up to 20% bonus + Bupa Benefits (inc. discounts on Health Insurance)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to 2 exciting internal promotions, we’re now looking for 2 new Lead Physicians to manage the Panel Physician teams in Adelaide and Southport.
Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS), is an essential government service, playing a key role in protecting Australia’s population health and is a key part in helping hundreds of thousands of people live, work and study in Australia. Due to increased customer demand, we expanded our services and our centres and now have 9 dedicated centres across Australia.
We’re now looking for a customer-focused doctor to manage our team at each location and continue our commitment to creating memorable customer experiences throughout the entire visa application process.
Our centres operate from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with our doctors generally working a 7.6hr day between the opening hours on a rotating roster.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years’ experience as a Medical Practitioner
- Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
- Prior Leadership experience (SRMO+)
- Have a strong customer service focus.
- Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds.
