Champion Inclusive Primary Care Where It’s Needed Most.

At Wellness Partners Foundation, we are committed to addressing the disparity of health and wellness experienced by Australia’s most vulnerable and at-risk individuals. We are seeking a compassionate GP to help shape our clinical direction and provide hands-on clinical care alongside our high-performance multidisciplinary team.

Our not-for-profit mission focuses on delivering high-impact services to individuals who may be overlooked by the healthcare system, including the elderly and frail, individuals at risk homelessness or addiction, disability care recipients, rural and remote Australians and patients experiencing fragmented transitions of care.

Our General Practitioner will join forces with Credentialed Pharmacists, specialists, nurses, allied health and community partners—including some of Australia’s most respected mission-based organisations—to deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, and digitally integrated care.

Based at Spring Hill in QLD or Waterloo in NSW, you’ll be part of an integrated and community-connected care both locally and nationally via our network of Wellness Partners.

Your Role as a Wellness Partner GP:

• Provide clinical care and leadership across a multidisciplinary team and support our external partners
• Help design and implement primary care models tailored to the needs of at-risk groups
• Foster collaboration with community organisations and service providers
• Champion innovation and quality in healthcare delivery
• Support and mentor clinicians across disciplines
• Work skilfully and compassionately with at-risk individuals

Full-time, part-time and contract positions are available.

Our Wellness Partner GP will Bring:

• Full registration with AHPRA as a General Practitioner
• Passion for equity in healthcare and social impact
• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalised populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in multidisciplinary settings
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and healing aware care
• Competence with digital health systems.
