CareMonitor is an award-winning and established digital health company that provides a clinical software platform which enables large healthcare organisations to deliver critical healthcare services in settings outside of hospitals or medical facilities. The software is used by hospitals (both private and public), private health insurers, Primary Health Networks and other large healthcare service organisations to enable them to co-ordinate care from multi-disciplinary healthcare providers and efficiently deliver a range of healthcare services to patients in the community, such as hospital-in-the-home, home and aged care and chronic disease management.
Overview of the Role
The Client Success Manager – Clinical role will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical input into the business and software product design process; and
- Establishing strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Providing clinical input to the business to support product development and design as well as marketing and sales efforts;
- Collaborating with customers to help them design their models of care and supporting customers to deliver optimal patient care by helping them leverage the capabilities of the software platform;
- Sourcing and analysing customer feedback and usage data to identify customer pain points and input customer feedback into the business to improve the customer experience;
- Working with existing customers to understand their future clinical use cases and requirements to identify new revenue opportunities for the business;
- Act as the clinical lead in co-design sessions with customers on new projects;
- On-boarding and training new customers and helping with rollout of the software from a clinical perspective;
- Customer relationship management – acting as the first point of contact within the business for large enterprise customers (other than in relation to technical IT issues);
- Establishing a clinical governance framework for the business and ensuring on-going compliance;
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health or a related clinical field;
- Significant clinical experience, preferably in community-based care or out-of-hospital healthcare services (e.g hospital-in-the-home, home care, aged care, chronic disease management etc);
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and other industry stakeholders – strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in healthcare sales or marketing or other customer focussed roles would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite;
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a broad understanding of the healthcare industry;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
